GeoWave Employee Tracking

If your team works in the field — sales visits, service calls, deliveries, site inspections — you already know the daily question: "kahan ho?" GeoWave, our field employee tracking solution, ends that question. Employees check in with a selfie stamped with GPS location, time and battery level in about three seconds, at the office, a client site, in the field or from home. Managers see everyone on shift on one live map, coloured by how fresh each location is, with battery level and today's route. An optional face check matches each check-in selfie to the person's enrolled face and sends mismatches to a manager, only with the employee's consent.

The app runs on the Android phones and iPhones your team already carries, with no biometric machine and no hardware to buy. From check-in to check-out it records a location every 3 minutes in the background, and nothing off shift; when the network drops, up to a full day of points is kept on the phone and synced when the signal returns. Each employee's day becomes a timeline of stops and trips with distance travelled, geofences around offices and sites show who is inside (or require check-ins to happen inside a zone), shift times with grace minutes mark late arrivals, and phone health shows which devices have stopped reporting, turned notifications off or run low on battery.

Leave runs in the same app: employees apply against casual, sick and earned quotas, and their manager approves or rejects in one tap on the phone or the web, so the attendance register already knows who is on leave. Tasks are built in too — assign work to the same team, add comments and files, set recurring jobs and approvals, and see it beside attendance. Reports show on-time, late and absent by day, department and person, with a CSV export for HR and payroll. GeoWave is free for up to 5 people with no time limit, then Business is ₹299 per user per month, with custom Enterprise plans. It has its own home at geowave.co.in, works alongside IntelixHR, our HR and payroll management software, and becomes the attendance layer of our full mobile workforce management software when your field team also takes orders or follows beat plans.
