Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data — and the rights you have over it. Last updated 23 July 2026.

Privacy policy details

This Privacy Policy explains how Aptivix Technologies LLP (“Aptivix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal data when you visit aptivix.in (the “Site”), contact us, apply for a role, or use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

Aptivix Technologies LLP is a digital transformation studio based in Gurugram, India. For the purposes of the DPDP Act we act as the Data Fiduciary (and, under the GDPR, the data controller) responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are set out in the “How to contact us” section below.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the data we need to respond to you and to run our services.

Information you give us

  • Contact & enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and the contents of your message.
  • Support requests: your name, email, phone, and the details, priority, and category of your request.
  • Career applications: your name, email, phone, the role applied for, a cover note, and any CV/résumé document you upload.
  • Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking technologies” below).
  • Advertising & analytics identifiers: cookies, pixels, tags, and online identifiers set by our analytics and advertising partners (for example the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Google Ads / Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity) to measure Site usage, attribute ad conversions, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. See “Advertising, remarketing & your choices” below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, health, or biometric data) through the Site. Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries, quotes, and support requests;
  • Provide, operate, and improve our services and this Site;
  • Process and evaluate job applications;
  • Send you our newsletter or updates you have requested;
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it;
  • Measure and improve our marketing, including advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta — for example, tracking ad conversions and showing relevant ads to you and similar audiences (“remarketing”);
  • Detect, prevent, and address security issues, spam, and abuse; and
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Under the DPDP Act we process your data on the basis of your consent or for a lawful purpose for which you have voluntarily provided it. Where the GDPR applies, our lawful bases are consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as running and securing our business), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (Data Processors) who help us operate, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Hosting & infrastructure — our Site is hosted on Vercel.
  • Email delivery — form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Google (Gmail) and/or Resend.
  • Analytics — we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand Site usage and improve the experience.
  • Advertising partners — where we run campaigns, we use advertising and measurement services such as LinkedIn Ads (LinkedIn Insight Tag), Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to deliver and measure ads. These partners may receive data about your interaction with our Site and ads. When they process this data for their own advertising products, they act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for cross-platform or interest-based advertising may, however, be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA) — see “Your California privacy rights” below for how to opt out.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Aptivix, our users, or others. Some of these providers may process data outside India; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for several purposes. Broadly, these fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required to keep the Site secure and working (for example, remembering your theme preference and protecting forms from spam). These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics & performance — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
  • Advertising & marketing — used by us and our advertising partners to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and show you relevant ads on other platforms (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, Meta Pixel). See the next section for how to opt out.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and manage advertising cookies using the choices described below. Where required by law, non-essential cookies (including advertising cookies) are used only with your consent. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

6. Advertising, remarketing & your choices

We advertise our services on third-party platforms and use their measurement tools on our Site. This lets us show ads to people who have visited our Site (remarketing), reach similar audiences, and measure which ads lead to enquiries. Depending on the campaigns active at any time, these partners may include:

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at once through industry tools such as YourAdChoices (DAA), the NAI opt-out, and, in Europe, Your Online Choices. Many browsers also let you send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honour where required by law. Opting out stops interest-based ads but you may still see general, non-personalised ads.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide our services, and to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Enquiry and support records are typically kept for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for a limited period unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and spam/abuse protections — to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

We are based in India, and our service and advertising providers (such as Vercel, Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft) may store or process your data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected — for example, relying on the recipient’s contractual commitments and recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where the GDPR applies.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have rights over your personal data. Under the DPDP Act you may:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate data;
  • Request erasure of your data where it is no longer needed;
  • Withdraw your consent at any time;
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and
  • Raise a grievance with us (see below).

If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have rights to data portability, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email us at info@aptivix.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to or deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money, but our use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing”. You can opt out using the advertising choices in section 6, by sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser, or by emailing us at info@aptivix.in. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent as required by law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

15. How to contact us

For any questions, requests, or grievances about this policy or your personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer:

You can also reach us through our contact page. We aim to respond to all privacy requests within the timelines required by applicable law.
