We recommend, you decide. The choice usually follows your workloads: Windows-heavy ERP estates often land well on Azure, most general business applications fit AWS, and GCP wins on specific data and analytics needs. We are a verified AWS Partner but hold no quota on any platform — the recommendation comes with the reasoning in writing, and if you already have a preference or existing credits, we build there.
Included: architecture, provisioning, OS and security patching, hardening, daily backups with restore tests, 24/7 monitoring and incident response, SSL and DNS management, and monthly cost reviews — all under one fee. Not included: the cloud provider's own charges (billed transparently at cost or on your own account) and changes to your application code. If the fix sits inside the software itself, our development team can take it on as separate, quoted work.
Because we restore them — on a schedule, not on faith. Every environment gets automated daily backups with off-site copies, and we run periodic restore drills where a backup is brought up in an isolated environment and verified against the live data. You receive the drill report with timestamps and outcomes. If a restore ever fails a drill, fixing it becomes our highest-priority ticket, not a note in a file.
Yes — takeovers are roughly half our engagements. We start with an audit of the existing environment: what is running, what is exposed, what is unpatched, and what the current spend buys. Then we bring it up to our baseline — hardening, backups, monitoring, documented access — usually without moving anything. Migration is only proposed when the current setup genuinely cannot be made safe or cost-effective where it is.
Two transparent parts: a fixed management fee based on the number and complexity of servers we operate, plus the cloud provider's infrastructure charges — either passed through at cost or billed directly to your own cloud account, your choice. No setup fee after the free review, no per-ticket charges, and no surprise line items. Because monthly FinOps reviews are part of the service, the infrastructure portion typically shrinks in the first quarter.
Monitoring detects the fault — usually before it is user-visible — and pages the on-call engineer within minutes. They work from a documented runbook for your environment: restart, failover, or restore, depending on the fault. You are notified based on the severity matrix in your SLA; a self-healed disk alert becomes a line in your monthly report, while genuine downtime gets a call and a written post-incident review explaining what failed and what we changed so it does not repeat.
